Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge if more than 72 hours before arrival. You will be charged the 1 night if you cancel within 72 hours before arrival.

For group bookings and special events the cancellation policy is 2 weeks, otherwise total cost of booking will be charged.

Full amount of booking will be charged in case of No-Show.

Credit card surcharge is Non-Refundable.

Terms And Conditions

Thanks for choosing to stay with us.
1. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival date and 3 weeks for group bookings.
2. Cancellation fee of 1 night applies if you cancel your booking less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date and for groups 50% cancellation charges will apply for each room you booked.
3. On major events like car race, Dog show, Aviation show, Bike Race, Bull Race, Beach volleyball, Birds show etc. the 50% of amount will be charged on the day you booked, which is nonrefundable, and the remaining amount must be paid 2 weeks before the arrival date.
4. Our preferred payment method is EFT or Cash.
5.Payment by credit cards and Debit cards incur a surcharge of 0.75% and 2.50% on Amex and Diners Card.
6. We must need the credit card details at the time you book with us.
7. The total amount will be deducted out of your credit card 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
8. If a customer wants to pay cash on arrival, then the charged amount will be refunded back to the same card which was provided at the time of booking.
9. If the room is rendered unfit for occupancy upon departure I.E Excessive soiling, Water Damage, the charge of $1000 will be deducted for loss of business, cleanup and repairs. It can be more than $1000.
NOTE: 50% Deposit on major events as mentioned above is not refundable if the events are cancelled due to bad weather conditions or any other reasons.
